Yes: You are nicely combining three different forms of aerobic conditioning exercises. Rowing and cycling activities are heart friendly as well as joint friendly; good exercise for the cardiovascular system without beating up your joints. Of the three, the treadmill has more impact on your knees and ankles as you run. Would advise keep in the treadmill flat as opposed to inclined. Easier on the knees. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
All things in moder: all things in moderation. in general the american college of cardiology recommend 60 minutes of get-your-heart-rate-up exercise 5 days/wk if you're in shape - 90 minutes if you're not. that being said - "extreme" athleticism might be bad for you and shorten your life. Wolff's Law: Yes...But controversial answer. Weight bearing exercise such as walking is good for your bones (osteoporosis) because of their response to stress and impact. While technically not bearing weight, stationary biking and elliptical use do cause resistance (muscles tug on bone) thus also strengthening your bones to some extent. ...Read more
Possibly: Even if you are a vegetarian, there are still plenty of foods that cause weight gain. The key is to burn more calories than what you take in. Keep a diary and have a plan, or better yet, seek out a personal trainer or a nutritionist that can help guide you. You may want to also cross-train. Lifting weights is a great way to burn calories if done correctly. ...Read more

In normal everyday life, people should not be "checking hymens" nor thinking about whether they are broken or not broken. ...Read more

I would think though within one month that you would notice a change in your physical appearance. ...Read more

Bottom line, there's no proof that any specific exercise routine is better than another for warm up or cool down, aside from general statements. ...Read more
