Unlikely: Considering how much wheat is in most food & diet, it's unlikely you blacked out due to wheat. Ask yourself this, can you eat wheat bread without black out? Be careful with alcohol if it's your first time. Do not mix medication with alcohol & be aware of your surrounding & always keep an eye on your drink. I usually drink on the weekends but now in my early 30s beer makes me extremely sick.. Almost like food poisening. Could this be a gluten allergy?
