Is the yeast in bread and beer the same?..And how can I use the dry bread yeast to gain weight?

Is the yeast in bread and beer the same?..And how can I use the dry bread yeast to gain weight?

Different strains: Brewer's yeast and baker's yeast are different strains of yeast, from the same species of yeast. To use the dry bread yeast commonly sold in grocery stores, it takes a bit of work, but can be rewarding. First, mix it into flour, water, and a little salt. Knead it and leave it to rise. Second, yeast infections are uncommon in healthy males. Are you sure that's what you have? Oral thrush isn't the same as white coated tongue, for example. Anyway, no worries about beer, just don't drink to excess. ...Read more
