What could be the cause of increasing pain at the back of my thighs, started in august, sometimes fall back into bed or chair pain is so bad.?
Many causes possible: I do not have enough specific information to make an educated list of possible diagnoses. You need to see a doctor and have a carefil examination - perhaps blood tests, x-rays. Can start with clinic, or pcp but may need to see orthopedics or neurologist or other specialist. Dont't delay; would be best if you can go when you have an attack of pain. ...Read more

Heat/motrin: If it is so severe you can't get up you probably need to see a doctor. The best things you can do at home are to use heat on your back and alternate 400mg motrin with 1000mg tylenol (acetaminophen) every 4 hours. Do not take the tylenol (acetaminophen) more than 3 times per day. Do not take tylenol (acetaminophen) if you have liver problems. Do not take motrin if you have kidney problems. See doctor if you need more pain relief. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I am active duty military n sleep on a bad barracks bed, I have a lot of lower back pains, how can I relieve my back and new bed is not an opition?
Egg Crate/Foam Pad: When i was in iraq i had the same problem. You can get a memory foam pad or "egg crate" pad at the px for not very much money. That really helped my back, maybe it will help yours? If the problem is that the mattress/springs are too soft, you can try some 1/4" plywood under the mattress to stiffen it up. An air mattress might help, too. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Back strain: People who strain their back are surprised at how severe and sharp the pain is. I have experienced this myself on two occasions. The symptoms from a back strain will improve in time. Rest, otc meds for pain, gentle stretches, massage, body work, etc can all help. I have a large dent on the back of my skull and about a month ago I started getting bad headaches were I couldn't get out of bed. Need answers

As for the headache, it it's fairly consistent and new then again, a consultation with a physician is recommended because there are a broad range of causes for headaches such as tension headache, sinus headaches, migraines, neuropathies, muscle spasms and spinal issues. ...Read more
