The possibilities : Are myriad. Gall bladder inflammation, shingles, pleurisy (worse with breathing, coughing sneezing). The pleurisy differential is long too. Need to know quality (stabbing, burning, lancinating), duration (all the time, after meals, when i sit up, etc). It is not likely heart or related to the breast.
