BM s/p colonoscopy: On any medications? narcotics,anticholinergics? They slow colonic motility. What did colonoscopy show? Do Nnormal colonic musculature? May be imbalance in autonomic motor activity which can occur s/p procedures/ surgery of the colon. Need more info: Would need to know why did you have the colonoscopy? What were your symptoms before the colonoscopy? What were the results of your colonoscopy? This may be simple constipation ; need to drink more liquids and use a laxative.
