Banana Muffins Chocolate Chip Low Fat
Do high carb, low fat, and low protein diets like the banana diet work and are they healthy? I've heard many have lost significant weight bc of it.
How come bananas make you gain weight,yet when i eat like 8 bananas,since I have low potassium,i lose my belly fat,while i usually gain weight easily?

Not conclusive proof: Current thinking is: the sugar and simple carbohydrates are the enemy, not the fat. It is not conclusive proof (conclusive proof is very, very hard to come by). It will take many more years to see what happens after our population gets off sugar and simple carbs, and eats a variety of fats... and then researchers will try to figure out the new results. Other than low fat, what are the other causes that can lead one to feeling cold easily in an air-con room, compared to others who feel warm instead?
