Does apple cider vinager help dimples in fat?

Does apple cider vinager help dimples in fat?

Evidence: It's hard to say if things like cider vinegar help for cellulite because no one has invested the time and money to study them properly. There might be anecdotal evidence, but no good reproducible studies showing they work. At the very least , rubbing some apple cider vinegar on your legs won't hurt you, and it's not expensive like some other cellulite "cures". So no harm in trying. ...Read more

Can apple cider vinegar affect my tooth patch? I'm drinking the Bragg's apple cider vinegar.

Can apple cider vinegar affect my tooth patch? I'm drinking the Bragg's apple cider vinegar.

Risks: Some people use a couple of teaspoons in other liquids such as juices as a reported way to control weight and improve their mood. Even if this were the case, which I personally question, with continued use, you run the risk of having the acids wear away your tooth enamel. It's a risk I personally would not take. Is it one that you want to? There are better tried and true methods. ...Read more

Will Heinz apple cider vinegar work like brAggs apple cider vinegar?

Will Heinz apple cider vinegar work like brAggs apple cider vinegar?

Not entirely but...: Bragg's is raw/unpasteurized whereas I'm fairly sure Heinz is pasteurized. Pasteurization degrades some nutrients and enzymes that are beneficial. Also, Bragg's is organic whereas Heinz is not, and apples are in the EWG "Dirty Dozen" and high in pesticide residues. Heinz should have many of the same benefits but, given a choice, I recommend Bragg's. ...Read more

Is it true drinking a combination of lemon juice, ginger juice, garlic juice & apple cider vinegar, mix with honey will reduce cholesterol?

Can a guava leaf extract cure acne?

Can a guava leaf extract cure acne?

Probably not: Use this only as an adjunct to a scientific, 21st century rx. Unlike somebody peddling a concoction on the internet, your physician is bound by law to tell the truth. We can manage all acne, and it seems silly to ask for a glitzy, hyped botanical when scientific treatment is readily available. ...Read more

How is apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and honey to relieve constipation?

How is apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and honey to relieve constipation?

Poor choice: Occasional constipation responds best to a real laxative such as milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide).
