What should I do to it and approximately how long should I rest it? I have kicked a soccer ball not stretching properly and i feel my inner thigh muscle so tight from my knee to my hip. I feel lil contraction lifting my knee toward my chest

You : You are most likely having a severe muscle spasm. You can try ice, advil, (ibuprofen) and very gentle stretching. A physical therapist may be helpful. The other thing we always worry about with leg pain however i will mention, and that is a blood clot. If you have any history of clots, or have swelling, severe pain, increased pain when the leg is down, chest pain, or shortness of breath, then you must go to the er to evaluate it. ...Read more

Growth likely ended: A 22 year old cannot grow taller because his bone's growth plates have fused (stopped growing). To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing & shoes, and have good posture. Being confident, having good social skills, and a strong speaking voice is good. Could be...: Plantar fascitis if the pains occur mainly in the heel area and even possibly the arch. It could also be generalized arthritis and a number of other possibilities. Take the insoles out of your shoes and replace them with ones that have more arch support. The one i recommend most is the spenco polysorb cross-trainer insole. If you don't need as much cushioning, the total support is also good. ...Read more

More details needed: Many conditions may cause those symptoms!,, type of shoes worn, gait abnormalities, tendinitis, sprains ,stress fractures?. Sinus Tarsi syndrome is common! Need evaluation: A dislocation injury requires medical evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon, unless you want to live with a permanently deformed foot. The ankle is a very complicated joint, containing multiple bones ; tendons which must be in correct alignment and integrity for best function.
