I am a 45 yr old man with sle lupus. Is there something i can take to help with being so forgetful is getting bad ?

Need evaluation: There other things that can cause you forgetful besides lupus though it is more common than previously thought to have neurocognitive defects secondary to lupus. The exact reason shingles comes back later in life is not known and the age chicken pox occurred should not affect when or if shingles occurs.
