I'm pregnant, 2 months, after each food i feel very bad(acidity). Is there any way, how to avoid acidity. I eat very healthy, soups, mild boiled food.

For two reasons. #1 the pregnant female doesn't handle sugar loading as well as non pregnant females and some women develop gestational diabetes. #2 the caloric density of sweets may cause excessive weight gain which will be hard to remove later.
