Bad Taste: As your sinus drains from inflammation or infection the fluid falls to the back of your throat — esp. At night. This in turn causes bad taste in your mouth as well as bad breath.

Sinusitis likely: One can have a collection of mucus within the sinuses that are unable to drain leading to inflammation of the mucosal lining of the sinuses, and possibly bacterial collection. Sinus pressure can occur due to lack of drainage and become exacerbated when bending over. Your history of a deviated septum could be adding to the difficulty with sinus drainage. Could be...: Although sinus drainage tends to be more like mucous and not "spots". Other causes include thrush, leukoplakia, aphthous ulcers (if it's painful). #1 Sinus infection: When mucus is not clear or white, you've probably got infection. The green tells me it's been awhile and blood that it's very badly irritated. See a doctor — I'm cautious w/ antibiotics but this is a green light. Clear it up and discuss ways to prevent recurrence. It's why your face hurts too. Could be either: Your upper teeth sit in the wall of the maxillary sinus that is beneath the cheekbone. They could be the source of infection, or the pain could be referred to them by a sinus infection. Teeth not sensitive makes it seem more like sinus. Warm Xlear rinse could help.
