Bad Pain On My Left Side
I have pain in my lower left side of my back, it started with bad lower back pain, now it's centered on left lower side.
Could be a number of: various causes, including sacroiliac joint pain, piriformis spasms, strains of various lumbar muscles & ligaments, intervertebral disk problems, myfascial pain & others. Experiencing pain in both sides. What could cause worse pain on my right side just below my ribs, when I lay on my left side?
Many possible causes: Pain in the abdominal area (below the ribs) is a common complaint. Left abdominal: Sharp pain just below the left rib cage is often due to gas entrapment which may be in the left colon or in the actual stomach. If you feel bloated it could be gas. Drinking hot(not boiling) water helps break down the gas and enables it to be passed rectally. Forcing your self to belch only causes more gas buildup.
