Nutrition: Good fats are polyunsaturated like fish, nuts or monounsaturated like olive oil rather than butter,red meats, coldcuts pastries. Unhealthy carbs are refined sugar found in sweets,refined bread. Healthier carbs are the complex ones such as pasta, whole grain bread, oatmeal,potatoes,rice. Good=plant/fish fat: Good carbs are whole grains. Bad carbs are refined carbs ("white" sugar, bread, rice, and the darth vader evil high fructose corn syrup). Good fat comes from fish and plants (olive oil, avocado, nuts for example). Bad fat are saturated trans fat (fake fat) and animal fat like beef.
