Is there a connection between tonsil stones, bad breath and persistent globus sensation? (The globus is not bc of swollen tonsils etc- it is deeper).

Yes, it is possible.: It is possible to have only one swollen tonsil, but it should not be so bug that it is blocking tour throat or airway.
