Scaly, itchy rashes at ankle that turn brownish- fungal/bacterial infection?

Bacterial infection, reoccurring, blistery like pimples, itchy and tender, come back each month on my left ankle, leaves scarring after gone?

See a doctor: How do you know it is a bacterial infection? It certainly could be... However, recurrent skin lesions in the same spot can be allergic (contact dermatitis), something like shingles (viral), very rarely cancer or autoimmune. The only way to be correctly diagnosed and treated is to go and see your doctor quickly.

I have a weird patch of dry itchy skin on one palm for months. Moisterisers help for only a few hours. Could it be an infection?

Itchy rash on palm: An itch rash on the palmar surface of your hand could be several things. Dyshidrotic exzema, contact dermatitis or an allergic reaction to something are possible causes. A fungal infection is a possibility as well. If it is really itchy it could also be scabies, an infection caused by a mite. See your doc who can help figure it out and get you a cream to relieve the itching.

No Alcohol: Alcohol does not sound like a good idea for an irritated skin rash. Peroxide is a gentle antiseptic, and depending on the actual cause of your itchy rash, might be useful. We could definitely help you sort this out in a Prime Consult by getting further history and evaluating photos. We are here 24/7! Thanks for trusting Healthtap!

Unlikely: Infection, unless with a very benign slowly progressive pathogen would have declared itself and forced you to a doctor by now. But without seeing this and getting a full history, would just be guessing at possible diagnoses. See a doctor.
