Help im having neck and some back pains. What's the best low cost office chair I should get (not the $400 ones)?
Due to continuous work in office I an facing back problem. I think that might be because of sitting on chair for long periods. Kindly help me.

I can't help you: with pillows or their placement, but if you are having issues with posture, spine alignment, etc. I recommend that you take up yoga. Very helpful in reinforcing good posture, strengthening your core and counteracting effects from slouching, bad posture using computer, watching tv, etc. ...Read more
