Disc problem?: Sounds like a disc problem in your neck, your history says you have degenerative disc disease, so that is probably the cause of your pain. You are too young: You are much too young for this complaint! There are RARE forms of arthritis but the pain is only one of the symptoms these diseases have. NO BACK BRACE!!! What you need is EXERCISE and perhaps a consultation with an execise physiologist ( most large GYMS have such resources. Hard to Say: Injections will give you pain relief early, but PT can be just as helpful but will take time to get relief. There is new research coming out that when you are in a lot of pain, you're body actually stops you from performing exercises so that you may not benefit from PT initially.
