Maybe not: If the advil (ibuprofen) improved your pain it is most likely some sort of inflammation or muscles or bone contusion. Unlikely advil (ibuprofen) would improve pain from a heart attack. Strep: Common symptoms include headache fever and sore throat. Other symptoms include: nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, muscle pain, or rash. The diarrhea could be related to the anabiotic and if it is persistent could actually be an anabiotic associated infection called c diff colitis.
