Back Pain When Sit Up
Can anyone give me more information on Lordosis please, I have tremendous lower back pain when I sit up.
Lordosis is an: Anatomical definition pertaining 2 spine. Ur thoracic spine has a curve prominent in the posterior aspect of the spine. Sitting in front of a laptop can cause lower back pain, especially if you're hunched over or your legs are flexed at the his greater than 90 degrees. Make sure when working in front of a computer for extended periods of time, the computer is not on your lap and that you are sitting in a chair, not on the floor or couch.
