Have lower back pain when lying down & butt hurts when walking. Pain eases when I lie down and lift up my feet up.
LBA under 30: I assume there is no radiation so this points to localized lesions in a "youngster." See your doctor for an x-ray -most likely spondylolisthesis-a developmental instability in the 4th or 5th lumbar vertebra. Less likely is arthritis from old injury or a birth defect. I get pain near lower back and upper buttocks while standing up after seating. No pain while walking etc... Just pain when i stand up.
Sacrum pain?: If you put your hands on your hips, and touch your thumbs together, if the pain is below that it may be from sacroiliitis. Yes: Herniated disks that are cause of sciatica pain typically get worse with sitting, bending at the waist, and definitely worse with bending/twisting and raising a heavy object. Try avoiding these positions/activities initially. Typically most herniated disk pain improves on its own by 3-6 weeks. Hard to say: There are a lot of complicated fluid shifts with head down/head up exercises. However this sounds a bit unusual. More commonly people feel pain when going upside down. If the symptom is bothersome you should get a medical evaluation by a neurologist. ...Read more

Evaluation needed: The uncomfortable grinding and especially the locking may be signs of cartilage damage within the knee joint. Lordosis is an: anatomical definition pertaining 2 spine. Ur thoracic spine has a curve prominent in the posterior aspect of the spine.
