Could be nothing: Could be tight back muscles while holding in urine, however if you haven't urinated in a while and holding it in too much can result in dilatation of the ureters, bladder and even kidneys which can refer pain from distention to the back. Remember holding in urine is ok every so often however it is advisable that you urinate and empty bladder when you feel urge to do so to prevent future problems.

There are other: Causes of symptoms that feel like a UTI. Overactive Bladder, Interstitial Cystitis, Endometriosis, and Sexually transmitted infections like Chlamydia can result in similar symptoms. Consult with your PCP, gyn or urogynecologist if your symptoms are not going away.

I took. 4mg of Suboxone on Sun &. 4mg on Mon. It was recommended to me for back pain, will it show up in pain mgmt urine test Thurs? (High-med metab)

Suboxone in urine: You mentioned you took 4mg (I'm assuming it's 4mg) suboxone for two days, Sunday and Monday, and want to know if it will be detected on a pain docs drug screen thu. The answer is it might. But if it was prescribed to you, all you need to do is show your doc the prescriptions bottles made out to you -- or depending on the state ur in, the doc will see it in the PMP. Tell all new docs all of ur meds
