Although it may not be serious, and related to a common condition, before assuming it is due to your back, I would suggest you have your gynecologist evaluate you for conditions in the ovaries or surrounding organs that could cause this. See gastroenterologist: It is apparent that you need to talk to a gastroenterologist. There are I'm quite sure simple answers to the symptoms that you have. It could be that for some reason you are belching more at night because you are swallowing air. This air could then pass to your large bowel bymorning and cause problems.
