Check with your dr:
Low back pain can occur during pregnancy due to the postural changes that occur with carrying a baby. Stretching, use of pillows when sleeping can assist.
If you are close to term, or experiencing any vaginal discharge, that significantly increases the possibility of early labor signs.

40 weeks pregnant heartburn, back pain and feel like I have to go #2 and nothing comes out. Early labor?
Not yet necessarily: Just means that the size of the gravid uterus is pressing on the colon/abdominal content giving the urge to defecate. Also likely causing the back pain as well. Likely won't be long until you go into labor, based on gestation. Try to lay in the left lateral recumbent position, and follow up with your ob/gyn for further instructions. ...Read more

I am 38 weeks pregnant and I have had clear jelly like discharge twice today and more frequent bm's. Could I be going into labor? A lot of back pain is coming too?
Maybe: It sounds like there is more pressure on your cervix this morning. It doesn't mean you will go into labor. You need to rest and drink a lot of water. If you are dehydrated, you will have contractions that can hurt, but they don't do anything. You want to do whatever makes them go away, otherwise you won't feel good. Real labor will not go away with hydration, so you can't stop it. ...Read more
