Back Pain Period
Extreme lower back pain period almost over and still having cramps. Back pain feels like cracks only laying down flat helps?
Pelvic girdle pain: 19y has severe PMD with some pain remission lying flat, whereby both iliac spines are symmetrically placed vs. mattress, thus aligning pelvic girdle sacroiliac joints. Women with Hypermobility Syndrome are particularly prone to severe PMD because hormone Relaxin is secreted at this time; further loosening pelvic ligaments already genetically loosened, via inherited Hypermobility.
