Normal?: Pack plane isn't "normal", but doesn't seem to represent a dangerous issue for you based on the information provided. It varies a lot: Any persistent abdominal or back pain raises a question about Pancreatic Cancer in the middle-aged folks. It does not have to spread outside of the pancreas in order to cause pain. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Reduce intake: Try reducing the amount you eat. At least reduce the amount you eat at one sitting.
