Get checked.: I don't want to be an alarmist, but you could be having symptoms related to your heart. Heart disease symptoms in women are especially difficult to sort out. Pain at the level of the scapula could be muscle pain in the rhomboids or thoracic paraspinal muscles. Interspinous ligament sprain. Fixated thoracic facet joints (a chiropractic issue). Start some pain meds:
Lie aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen (if no allergies or side effects with their use). Using a heat pad would be helpful. Some like to use ice rather heat; even alternating ice with heat is helpful.
If no improvements then certainly see your pcp to be evaluated ; investigated.
