Probably not...: The over the counter tests are very sensitive to pregnancy hormone, so if it's negative, then you probably aren't pregnant. Your symptoms sound hormonal, and should abate/resolve once you begin to menstruate. If you still don't menstruate, repeat the pregnancy test, and see your physician for further guidance. ...Read more

No way to tell: Your description of symptoms is not what we usually look for clinically to suspect an ECTOPIC pregnancy. First of all, it's not even a sure thing that you're pregnant and in fact, 2 negative HPT's would suggest that you are not.
