Stay Calm: See your doctor to rule out a urine infection. Get an ultrasound done to make sure your pregnancy is going well. Then just rest and sleep in a fetal position. Do some back strengthening exercises when your pain eases. You can also put some ice and take some Tylenol (acetaminophen). Good Luck and feel better soon. ...Read more
