I had unprotected sex for almost two years now, but suddenly I have lower back pain and cold sweats what's the meaning of that, I'm I infected?

See a doctor: If you are having unprotected sex, stop. STOP. Use protection. Fr your symptoms, see a doctor in person, tell them what you just told us. It may have nothing to do with unprotected sex, but it might get you to stop playing with fire. A good rule is ONLY have unprotected sex with someone who you want to have a baby with, and only when you both are ready for and capable of raising a baby ...Read more

Excessive night sweats, bad sleep, back pain since 2 weeks. Can this be due to my new foam mattress and using two blankets as the room is quite cold?

Excessive night sweats, bad sleep, back pain since 2 weeks. Can this be due to my new foam mattress and using two blankets as the room is quite cold?

Not necessarily: As a mattress change can affect your sleep and cause back pain, but less likely night sweats. Some mattress/sheet combos do not breath well, so I can't say it's impossible that it's all related to the mattress/blanket combo. But I would try to switch over to a lightweight cotton (or other natural) fiber blanket and see how you feel. Otherwise, seek an in-person eval for other issues at hand. ...Read more

Lymphoma and TB ruled out. So what is causing my heavy night sweats, weight loss, lower back pain and no appetite? Over a year of suffering!

Suffering: I have to assume that over the past year you have been carefully examined by your doctor and also specialists.

If that has not been done you should quickly see your doctor

If nothing abnormal has been found despite careful attention I think it would be appropriate for you to have a referral to a Psychologist. ...Read more

At greasy food with in hours belching, wake up with sweats, vomiting middle back pain nauseated fever could this b gallbladder, went to ER labs normal?

Yes, need ultrasound: The symptoms you provide could be associated with gallbladder inflammation or cholecystitis, usually associated with gallstones. The test for this is initially a liver/gallbladder ultrasound. Bloodwork may or may not be useful, depending on the acuteness and whether the gallstones are blocking only the gallbladder or other bile ducts. If this is negative, other tests should be considered. ...Read more

CROHNS ON HUMIRA (adalimumab): That is good news the CROHNS is in remission. I would recommend an exam and retesting of labs. Recheck autoimmune panel/Thyroid screen/sarcoidosis screen/Immunoglobulin levels. HUMIRA (adalimumab) can sometimes weaken the immune system and cause diseases to reactivate (TB/Fungal Infection). Discuss tapering HUMIRA (adalimumab), it rarely has been linked to Lymphoma. If SX. Persist CT OF CHEST/ABD/PELVIS IS WARRANTED. ...Read more
