Could still be: Your gallbladder. Many time the GB doesn't empty properly, and removing it relieves the pain. This can be tested for with a CKK HIDA scan, which tracks the filling, then emptying, of your GB. Stm shldr, thgh pain: May be but more likely2 processes. Shoulder left rib pain could be from stomach , gastritis with or without H pylori, food intolerance ( fatty stool) or pancreas which is also associated with fatty stool .
