Chronic 8, 9 back pain. Below right rib. Deep pain close to spine. Negative mri, abdominal ct, bone scan. Urinalysis, CBC and cmp normal. Now what?
See answer: A normal ct scan and urinalysis would pretty much rule out an underlying urological problem. A normal MRI and bone scan would tend to rule out a significant skeletal, spine or disc problem but not necessarily a muscular or some nerve-related problems.
