Left hip pain at night and after sitting down after work. Pain in hip and shoots down leg at times. Worse at night in bed. No injury as far as I know.
Left hip pain: May be scaitica. Sitting is stress on spine. Consider ergonomic chair with lumbar support. At work change position ( i.e. get up for a moment every 45 minutes to an hour) to shake out, Consider a trial of NSAIDS ( motrin/alelve ) and muscle relaxant( if not allergic). Check with your doc: Chest pains can come from narrowed arteries in the heart. However this usually occurs with exertion and resolves with rest. A pain in the chest at night could also be from acid reflux or some other GI problem. Or it even could be from some muscular or rib pain. Why do I have severe back pain at night, relieved only after urinating. At night back hurt near middle of spine, and when I inhale, for months now?

See gastroenterologist: It is apparent that you need to talk to a gastroenterologist. There are i'm quite sure simple answers to the symptoms that you have. It could be that for some reason you are belching more at night because you are swallowing air. This air could then pass to your large bowel bymorning and cause problems.
