Physical therapy: Pt would be great in increasing range of motion, function. Assuming no radiating pain with this tightness, start stretching exercises, including hamstring and quad stretching, core strengthening, and lumbar flex/extension stretching can help. I recently had back x-ray 1.3cm L2 sclerotic lesion since 2013. Can this be cause of back pain?
