29yo. Upper Cent abdo pain (w some tenderness); Intermittent mid-back pain; Nausea & excess saliva after eating. No anemia, normal kidney & liver function. Urine test clean, urinating normally. ?
Stomach pain: Sounds like a peptic ulcer. You probably should have an EGD (scope exam). Cease all alcohol consumption. Avoid all NSAIDS. H. pylori infection is relatively common. Could be many things: Nausea and loss of appetite could really be a symptoms of severe pain itself(coming from anywhere) or could be a upper GI problem(esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, pancrease, ect). The low back pain may be related or not and is difficult to tell you without a full work up and lots of tests. Restlessness may also be from the pain. Have you started any new medications causing these symptoms? ...Read more
