Intolaerance...: If you have abdominal pain and possibly bloating and diarrhe after milk , it could be lactose intolerance. Cramping in abdomen can simply be radiating to the back becasue of nerves connetion and so called"transferred pain" . Kepp your food diary and pay attention to any further symptoms. Could be many things: Nausea and loss of appetite could really be a symptoms of severe pain itself(coming from anywhere) or could be a upper GI problem(esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, pancrease, (pancrelipase) ect). The low back pain may be related or not and is difficult to tell you without a full work up and lots of tests. Restlessness may also be from the pain. Gallbladder vs ulcer: Right upper quadrant pain makes us think of gallbladder issues, whether due to stones or infection. However, gastritis ; ulcers can also manifest as RUQ pain. Rarely, sexually transmitted infections can present w/ruq pain eg fitz hugh curtis syndrome. Of course, liver is also in RUQ but less likely to cause pain after eating (same goes for fhc).
