Clues!: "stomach cramps & lower back pain" not common pattern of symptoms in young person. Urinary tract infection a wild speculation. Patients must tell doctors: how long, constant or come & go, characteristics of pain (sharp, aching, burning, etc.), sex & age of patient, any injury, fever, radiation from one body part to another, what activity worsens. If they were negative it could be that you took the test prematurely. Pregnancy tests are typically best done when the period Has been missed.
