Not likely: Myocardial infarction from blockage of a coronary artery is very rare in 27 yr old women. Other heart conditions or other medical causes are possible, but a detailed evaluation is needed to identify if any might be present. Trust instinct: It is unlikely that the thoracic xray would provide additional information. The key is a good physical exam by qualified neurologist, pain specialist or physical medicine/rehab specialist. 2 main possible cau-: ses:- 1: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, on both sides, or Ulnar nerve getting pinched at elbows; 2: Referred pain from your Neck/spine where the possible disk lesion might be causing this. Other causes could be at play. U need to see an Orthopod for proper Diagnosis and treatment.
