Mri done, 4 bulging disc in my neck. Could this be the cause of my shoulder, upper back pain, and arm pain? Could the disc be touching a nerve?

Depends on which: bleeding disorder she has. I assume a pediatric hematologist is evaluating her. Whether related to her blood disorder or not, she's in pain & needs to see her pediatrician.
