4 months of stabbing pain through left breast starting at nipple straight through to back. No lumps but have history of fibrocystic breasts.
Ribs: This is most likely an intercostal neuralgia, or irritation of the nerve associated with each rib. The pain is sharp, and stabbing, often radiating from breast area to the back. Worry thisis cardiac: I doubt this is cardiac but a sudden left sided chest pain is of concern. If the pain is mechanical moving the shoulder may make it worse. If it is referred from teh gastroentesinal tract this can also be felt thsi way. Nonetheless: Heart disease is a major cause of death in women and though I doubt this is cardiac I would contact your physician now and get seen if necessary now. ...Read more

Very difficult: Intra abdominal scar tissue is a very difficult thing to prevent following any surgical procedure. Many attempts at irrigating, washing and even bathing the organs in various solutions to minimize scar tissue and subsequent adheres ions have been tried with mixed success. Pancreas: After your gallbladder has been removed you can still form stones or sludge that causes pain. Getting pain after eating around 30-40 minutes may be related to acid however. At your age a duodenal ulcer is possible. Lastly pancreatitis or inflammation of the pancreas can also be a cause. Intolaerance...: If you have abdominal pain and possibly bloating and diarrhe after milk , it could be lactose intolerance. Cramping in abdomen can simply be radiating to the back becasue of nerves connetion and so called"transferred pain" . Kepp your food diary and pay attention to any further symptoms.
