Keep an eye on it: Benign enlargement of neck nodes is not uncommon. Unless it is growing in size and becomes larger than 1 Cm, I would ask you to ignore it. Do not check it daily as your own fingers pressing and poking on it will cause trauma and make the lymph node larger. So check it once every 1 or 2 weeks and take note of size.
