Investigate why?: Sounds like it could be a Bakers cyst! These are knee fluid collection in a cyst behind the knee, likely as a result of trauma, wear and tear,i.e. A torn meniscus?, should get an MRI to better understand why this is occurring!A support may make it worse! And It's worth getting an exam to see if you have any active inflammation in your knees. Many young athletes get pain in the front of the knees. Sometimes PT can help. Overuse?: Cycling is a great exercise for knees in general. If done too often and for too long if a duration certainly the knees can ache. Try taking a longer break between sessions.
