When i lay on my back and lift my left leg up straight not bending my knee i get sharp shooting pain in my lower back. I also can't stand straight up.

I havent hurt my leg at all. My right quad hurts really bad. The pain spasms. I can straighten my leg and walk on it. Resting my leg causes pain.
