See anwser: Being a secretary has nothing to do with it however holding the head steady in one position for a long time could cause the muscles to get tired and painful.Frequent change of position may help, if pain continues and is not resolved by adopting simple measures such as heat, warm compresses, tylenol, then she needs more in depth examination to rule out other sources of pain such as neck arthritis ...Read more
