Suggest you see an : ENT and audiologist for full evaluation. Ringing in the ears is usually from hearing loss and is not reversible but can be caused by some meds. You don't list any here. There is a thing: called "exploding head syndrome", which is a type of headache. It doesn't usually cause strange feelings in legs though. It seems possible that you just have a lot of anxiety about something, but nonetheless, with any severe headache and other unexplained symptoms you should probably seek a medical opinion. Fainted and hit my head on the wall.. Now suffering with neck pain and pain all around my head mostly towards the back of my head.
Have a sharp pain starting base of head on left side travels to top of left side of head. Tilting head back I can feel the surge go back down to neck.

May be pinched nerve: If the pain that you feel is worse with bending your neck to the side and slightly backwards, it may be a pinched nerve (radiculopathy).
