L pinky, ring, 1/2 middle finger, front/back hand numb/distorted sensation and elbow itching for 4 days. What could cause this? How to remedy?
When I go to sleep I get a horrible headache and my hands and arms go numb. If I lay on my back my hands go numb. Any ideas?
