Developed lower back nerve pain (at waistline) about 6-8 weeks ago. I walk/exercise daily. Could a new chair I bought and use possibly be the cause?
All pain is nerve-: -pain, but that related to lumbar nerves is associated with leg pain. This sounds like muscle pain, unless you have some degenerative disk disease. A new chair if causes the pain, just stop using it for about a month. If it no longer causes the back issue, you have the cause. Especially if it came on suddenly.
