Stress makes my upper back, shoulders, neck & jaw uncomfortably tight & causes tension headache. Best non-drug ways to de-stress and get relief?

Stress and tightness: When we get stressed we tend to tighten up our bodies. There are a lot of muscles in the upper back, shoulders and scalp that are affected by stress. Relaxation techniques help reduce muscle stress on the body and head. Slow and even breathing exercises help reduce stress. Yoga, Tai-Chi, and other exercises also can help. Try the Headspace medication app on your phone. Best wishes.
