Back In The Day I Would Be Able To Fall Asleep At The Time I Want What Happened
I struggle to fall asleep and wake up every few hours regardless of where I am. Zopiclone did not help much. What might be the problem?
Bad dreams: If you rule out the external causes mentioned by dr. Olson the remaining cause is waking during dreams. We go into rem sleep, in which we dream about every 2 hours at the beginning of the night and about every 75 minutes at the end of sleep. The bad dream may be awakening you without your remembering the dream at all. This is more likely if you awaken with a fast pulse. If so, see a therapist. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

I get numbness in my right leg and at the same time dizziness to the point where I think I am going to pass out in a split second.
See below.: I recommend that you have someone take you to the emergency room to have this evaluated. I cannot tell from your information how old you are or anything about your medical history, so it is difficult to know how serious this is. If you have your own doctor, you can certainly call them first. ...Read more

To be numb: You can expect a lot of pushing and a little pulling. Some bleeding after followed by some oozing of blood for the first 24 hours. After the anesthetic wears off, you should expect to need something like advil (ibuprofen) for the pain. Maybe if the extractions were complicated you might need some rx pain meds. If there is an infection you might be on antibiotics. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
How to destress quickly, when one has a lot going on in a day..? Sometime it seems i don't have time to breath during the day, what can I do to relax?
Prioritize: There's only 24 hours in a day, 6-8 hours of which is for sleep, the rest is for work, physical and mental activities. At work, you have to space yourself. If you're tired or exhausted, stop working and do some slow deep breathing, neck/stretching exercise, look at nice imagery or just close your eyes and think of nothing. Our mind and body is like a car. We need stops and break every now & then. ...Read more

I am a truck driver. I am getting a cortisone injection to my left hip for the first time. Is it ok to go to work after the injection? Climbing up and down getting in and out of the cab I would say be an issue do you agree?
Treat the cause?: There should be no problem in continuing your normal activities after a cortisone injection. However, I'm wondering if the act of climbing in and out of your truck is in part the cause for your hip pain? If it is and you don't change anything about the way you're doing that - you might find the cortisone injection doesn't work the way you want it to. ...Read moreSee 4 more doctor answers

Yes: It is generally not harmful to walk up and down the stairs after surgery like a c-section. It may be painful, so try to limit the number of trips. You may find it less uncomfortable to walk down the stairs backwards as it may be less of a strain on your incision. Always have help close by when taking the stairs. ...Read more
