Back Flank Pain Left Side
I've been having flank & back pain, left side. There 's no kidney or ovaries.Chiropractor didn't help. Sharp pain when inhaling 1st thing in morning. ?
Was on SSRIs 18 yrs. Weaned off over past 2 mos. Now, severe abdominal/flank/lower back pain left side. Clean abdo CT. Related to withdrawal maybe?
Full exam info: I doubt the source is w/drwl but the extreme experience might be related. W/o knowing much more about you, it's hard to know the source. Clean abdo CT is good! After that, it could be any number of internal issues, intercostal muscle spasms, reflux, pancreatitis, ulcers, lung issues. May be rib issues: including muscle spasms causing them to tighten from trauma or postural issues, specific muscle spasms. However, you should be examined to rule out spleen, stomach and even cardiac concerns. Without a complete history & exam, it's impossible to determine the cause of your chest pain.
