Unlikely: Would be very hard to say your pain is due to cyst on opposite side. Nerves just don't cross over like that. Could certainly have pain at site of cyst or radiating to areas on the right. ...Read more

Get it removed: Once infection is under control get it removed , most likely you have incision and drainage (i;d) due to infection not complete removal. Speak to your surgeon , once completely removed will not come back. Check your blood sugar. ...Read more

Not the one: taken out. A true para-ovarian cyst is a remnant of when your organs were developing as a fetus. These should not come back.
