Back Cracks All The Time
I broke my back a year ago, my back cracks all the time and in one position it hurts alot when i crack it but feels better after, is this bad?
My back cracks all the time and it doesn't hurt or feel uncomfortable in any way, in fact I feel better afterwards but i'm worried I might be overdoing it. Is this a good or a bad thing to do?

Whenever I stand up and start walking, my lower back cracks multiple times. This has been happening for around 1 month now. Should I be worried?
