Yes: That is where the injection usually is given. It's not that unusual to still have some soreness at the injection site. It should be easing up though. If not, contact the physician that administered the injection. ...Read more

Maybe: It is normal to have some neck tightness/soarness for about 1-3 days after the injection. Much after that I would not expect those symptoms. ...Read more
